OPPORTUNITY. In 1998, 2700 Hollywood Boulevard was a vacant grocery facility, distant from both the suburban housing development to the west, and the City’s vibrant downtown district. Acquired by Rabina as part of a larger portfolio of retail properties, the challenge for the firm was to find a more compelling use for the building, one that could capitalize on the urbane South Florida milieu of beaches, boutiques and bistros. And without a moment to lose – the City of Hollywood was considering taking the property through eminent domain to use as the town’s library.  Next
