OPPORTUNITY. Rabina Properties was faced with the challenge of finding a profitable real estate acquisition to deploy a portion of the proceeds from the sale of a 325,000 square foot New York City office building in a section 1031 transaction. 26 & 28 Millbury Street, Auburn, MA were almost a perfectly sized fit for Rabina’s needs. The first building, 28 Millbury, was a 450,000 square foot distribution center fully occupied by Filene’s Basement on a triple net basis. The second, 26 Millbury, was a 210,000 square foot state-of-the-art 30 foot clear distribution center, with Interline Brands ready to occupy 167,000 square feet of the space, and 43,000 square feet still under construction.  Next
